About AIMUN
The Africa International Model United Nations (AIMUN) is a student led and student run initiative, which culminated from the need of having a Model UN program that closed the gap between University Model UN simulations and International Model UN simulations; which put students from African Universities at a disadvantage.
The focus is to create an awareness of the various challenges we face in Africa from a non partisan perspective and promote interaction and capacity building amongst the youth on the continent. It is for this reason that a special AIMUN African Union simulation conference will be held in 2011.
